As a buyer’s agent, I will set up all showing appointments and provide you with the information needed to choose your PERFECT dream home. Dawn is so great to work with. I have both bought and sold my house with her. Each time I was pleasantly surprised with the number I got! The best part was the time she committed to me. I was living out of state when I sold my house but Dawn made it her mission to go over there and make sure everything was ready and put my mind at ease.

When I was selling my house in Brighton, my original realtor basically couldn’t sell it after several months.
Not knowing Dawn was a realtor, I mentioned it to her and she told me she would love to take it over. Since the house was empty, she staged the main rooms with furniture, plants etc. It really looked great! We then found the buyer after a bit of negotiation.
